Maintained great track records of improving processes, systems and controls, alignment of financial and corporate strategy, and proven ability to organise and lead a team effectively, recruit and develop talent and motivate teams to deliver surpassing performance. Among the track records are: successful conduct of review and improvement in enterprise system including structures, processes, control measures, work relationships, and supply chain management in reputable FMCG companies including a Brewery with nationwide distribution networks, Quoted multi-billion Naira African Petroleum PLC - a Downstream Company, and Afromedia Plc, a media infrastructural platforms management, which resulted in enhanced corporate performance efficiency.
He has over 14 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector. He has worked with Minel Petroleum and Gas limited for 10 years under various capacities and full day to day management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political science from the great Ambrose Alli university.
Jennifer Onose’s career spans across 13 years of Marketing and Sales.
She started her professional career with Ovation International magazine in 2007. And moved to General Appliances West Africa in the year 2010 . At General Appliances she served as the pioneer Head, of Business Development Enugu and Lagos offices before deployment to manage the West African group. In 2012, she became the Head of Sales and Marketing, Afromedia Plc. Until her appointment with Megascreen Limited as General Manager in 2014 to handle the business development division. In 2015, she joined the Wetherheads Group and drove the business to a profit.
Her persuasive Marketing, Sales and Negotiation skills have led to her being severally appointed by the group’s Executive Management to develop and execute projects/programs identified as key revenue drivers and has always received recognition for her outstanding performance. Jennifer is an expert in strategic marketing and sales, business development and operations management. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from the prestigious Pan Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Madonna University. She is also an Associate Member, Nigerian Marketing Association (AMNIM).
Evuakpo, Afoke Israel holds a 2004 B.Sc (Hons) degree in Geography and Regional Planning from Delta State University, Abraka. He holds a Post Graduate Degree from the prestigious University of Liverpool. An avid reader and learner who prides himself in process re-engineering, evolvement and constant improvement, he tries to exemplify these tenets by constantly developing himself.
He holds several certificates such as a Diploma in Information System Management from APTECH Worldwide, a certificate in Project Management from Fusion and Piston, a certificate in International Business 1 from University of New Mexico, another certificate in Model Thinking from University of Michigan, amongst many others trainings.
He joined the Elephant Train in 2010 as the Port Operations Manager but before then, he was a Banker till December 2009 working with Oceanic Bank Plc as a Business Development Officer and Credit and Risk Assessment Officer in the Retail Banking Group.
Upon joining Elephant Group, he has moved from being a manager to being a Senior Manager and has worked in different departments in the company. He is a borderless sales man to the core but with primary focus on the South South and South East Geopolitical Regions of the Country.
Presently and in addition to being a sales manager, he heads the Seeds and Crude Palm Oil department. The seeds under his supervision include Maize and Soybeans for now. He also manages the Crude Palm Oil department. In these departments, he coordinates the activities of the team that manages the products from conceptualization to execution, strategy formulation and execution, as well as the process flow development. Part of the vision the company has saddled him and his team with is the backward integration angle in these product lines.
He is happily married with children.
Ikeddy Ikechukwu ISIGUZO was born 04 June 1960 in Enugu, Nigeria. He has worked mainly in the print media, but features regularly on programmes on other media, especially radio and television as guest analysts on ranging public issues - economy, politics, sports, media, leadership, information, and reputation management.
Career
In a career spanning 40 years, he has been a reporter, editor, columnist and facilitator at seminars on sports, marketing, publicity and journalism education.

He pays dedicated attention to evolutions in the media, meaningful communication, and the future of humanity. He has delivered lectures on these issues at many fora, in addition to being an advocate for more meaningful uses of national resources.
He is married to Acharugo Chioma Isiguzo and they have children.
